What is your cancellation policy?
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY:
– Life Happens: I get it. Should you need to shift our plans, I’m accommodating within reason.
– No Fees: Rescheduling is without penalty, provided it’s not done extremely close to our appointment time. Minor time adjustments on the day are typically fine. However, significant last-minute changes may incur a fee, depending on the circumstances.
CANCELLATION FEES:
- 48-hours notice: Canceling within 48 hours of our appointment comes with a 25% fee.
- 24-hours or less: Canceling this close to our meeting time incurs a 50% fee.
- No-call No-Show: Failure to arrive without prior communication will result in a 100% cancellation fee. Please note that disregarding this fee will result in a permanent restriction from future bookings.
- Settling Fees: It’s crucial to handle any fees swiftly. Delays could influence your ability to book in the future.
- Forfeiting Deposit: If you cancel and don’t plan on rescheduling, the deposit is non-refundable.
PUNCTUALITY:
- Valuing Time: Both our times are precious. Please be punctual.
- Running Late?: If you’re behind schedule, let me know right away with your new expected arrival.
- Significant Delays: Arriving more than 20 minutes late can disrupt subsequent appointments. In these situations, we’ll need to reschedule to another time or day.
What is your deposit Policy?

To finalize and confirm your appointment, a minimum 25% deposit is mandatory. Here’s how it works:
- Cancellations: The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel.
- Rescheduling:
– With Adequate Notice: Reschedule without additional fees, and your deposit transfers to the new date. However, please avoid last-minute changes as they might incur a fee.
– Deposit Validity: If you can’t find a suitable rescheduled date immediately, your deposit can be held or transferred for up to 3 months from the original appointment date. Beyond that period, it’s forfeited. - Provider Cancellation: If, on the rare occasion, I need to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit within 24-72 hours.
PAYMENT METHODS: I prefer Venmo (@Alani-Skyy) right now. For gentlemen who require a more flexible or discreet payment option (such as GPay, Cash App, Apple Pay, or card), please reach out directly so arrangements can be made privately. Note that this method incurs an additional fee.
SCREENING REQUIREMENTS: Your safety and privacy, as well as mine, are paramount:

What happens if I’m running late?
